  • Fall Concert

    Thrill to the brilliance of the great masters and the virtuosity of violinist Lucia Lin Lucia Lin made her solo debut at age 11 with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Since then, she has served as concertmaster of the London and Boston Symphony Orchestras among others, and has performed as a soloist around the world.

  • Holiday Concert

    Delight to the gospel vocalizations of Renese King as she joins the Cape Ann Symphony in its annual concert of new and old favorites, and an updated audience sing-along. Renese’s soulful voice has been hailed by the Boston Globe as “resplendent, thrilling and a phenomenal, wide-ranging instrument that has piqued growing national attention.”

  • Spring Concert

    Having appeared as a soloist with many symphony orchestras and in many of the world’s leading concert venues, David Deveau is critically acclaimed internationally. He has received the prestigious Solo Recitalist Award from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Concert Artist Guild Award. David has served as the artistic director of Rockport Music and its predecessor Rockport Musical Festival for many years.

  • May Concert

    What can be more thrilling than heroic music? Beethoven’s Symphony № 3 (“Eroica” meaning “heroic” in Italian) was the first of his three great so-called heroic symphonies. Beethoven initially dedicated it to Napoleon but then rescinded the dedication. More haunting than heroic, Metamorphosen for 23 Strings echoes strains from the Eroica’s Funeral March; some say the piece is an elegy for Beethoven.
