You bought tickets — what now?

Welcome! You've just purchased tickets to one of our concerts. Your tickets are now in three places, so you can use whichever is easiest for you:

  • In your email inbox. We sent your tickets to the email address on your order — check the same place you usually read mail.
  • In your account on our website. Sign in at capeannsymphony.org/profile any time to see them.
  • On a list at the door. If you can't find your ticket on the night, just tell the door staff your name — we keep a list of every patron expected.

This guide walks you through the first option — bringing your ticket on your phone. It takes about two minutes, and once it's done you won't have to think about it again. Tap Next when you're ready.

Prefer paper? If you'd rather print your ticket and bring it on a piece of paper, that works just as well. Open the email on your computer and click your browser's Print button. The door staff can scan paper or phone — whichever you have.
